Wanted to see Brixham popular places and this apartment was wonderful base for exploring most of them. Slept well on a very clean bed. It had a private bathroom. Location was convenient and absolutely perfect, right by surrounding areas-Paignton, Dartmouth and the town centre. Plus it was located so close to the harbour area.

The location of the property is great, with cute narrow lanes around it, giving it a typical Devonish feel. The cleanliness of the rooms was commendable, with a comfy bed and a really nice shower with shower gel provided. The fully stocked kitchen was a bonus, and we also appreciated the space for two cars behind the property.

There were a few minor issues, such as loose floorboards in the kitchen, a loose headboard on the single bed, and a drawer in the bedside table that fell apart.

This place was mind-blowing! The flat was super clean and way better than we expected. We couldn't want for anything because everything we possibly needed was already in the flat. this summer I stayed at a property in Brixham that exceeded my expectations. The owners had an eye for detail and even provided a luxury treat for our pet dog. The amenities were all present and the issue we had with the bathroom sink was quickly sorted. The cute narrow lanes around the property added to the charm of the location.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the town center, and the host was really enjoyable.

The apartment was amazing! It had a lovely terrace with beautiful garden views, perfect for chilling out with friends. The 2 bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed watching our favorite shows on the flat-screen TV and cooking in the well-equipped kitchen with a fridge and oven. It was the ideal place for a relaxing getaway.

The only thing I didn't love was that the apartment didn't have an electric kettle. But hey, it's just my personal preference, others might not even miss it.

the lack of soundproofing between the flats meant that we could hear every movement from the neighbors in the upstairs flat, which was a bit disruptive at night.
